Most women's specific skis will share the same geometry ie. ski molds as their male specific counterparts, but come in shorter lengths, and soffer flexes.  Buying a m vs f specific ski really comes down to finding the shape you like in the size and flex that fits your skiing ability.  As far as the new stuff goes, early rise tips are good, period.  You can easily ski everyday on this mountain everywhere on a 90 mm wide ski, 100 mm will feel really good on the good days.  Anythjng over 110 mm in bounds you're just carrying extra ski for no reason.
