Rossland Recreation Bronze Medallion and Bronze Cross

The Bronze Combo Camp is designed for Youth to take both the Medallion and Cross at the same time. The Medallion course introduces the lifesaving principles in the four components of water rescue education: Judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness. The Cross is designed for lifesavers who want the challenge of more training and is a prerequisite for all advanced training programs, including National Lifeguard (NL) and Instructor Certifications. The Bronze Cross includes a 600 meter timed swim and CPR-C. Bronze Cross is also worth 2 Grade 11 High School Credits. Dates are tentative based on instructor availability and registration.
